7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless uplinkium.top and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) content posted on the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to uplinkium.top immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington, for the purpose of litigating any claim or dispute.
